Po Eun 포은 Hyung 형 by Eric San Jose
Black Belt form Po Eun 포은 Hyung 형 is done as if the practitioner had their back to a wall. The fast hand combinations simulated blocking, striking, trapping, and locking . Simple moves but must be done with precision is what makes it a favorite of mine. The form is named after patriot & authority on Neo Confucianism Jeong Mong Ju of the Goryeo Dynasty.
