This workshop will explore sabaki; Enshin Karate dynamic art of working with the opponents force using angles, footwork, and leverage. Vice Grandmaster of Enshin, Mike Ninomiya and two time UFC coach of the year Duane Ludwig of BANG Muay Thai Kickboxing will share their perspective on using sabaki based MMA for self defense.
