Once the UFC's agreement with Reebok ends, Venum apparel will be back in the octagon.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship signed their first exclusive outfitting deal with Reebok back in 2014. That deal will come to an end in March of 2021 and all UFC fighters will enter the octagon in Venum gear beginning in April. Reebok will remain the footwear sponsor until the end of 2021, per ESPN's Ariel Helwani.

In 1986 John Hackleman opened a gym he named The Pit. That led to fighters who operated from this base being called pit fighters. The most renowned of those early pit fighters was Chuck Liddell, a martial artist who went on to become the UFC light-heavyweight champion.

Looking farther back in history, however, one comes across the term "pit fighting" in reference to a hard form of Hawaiian kempo — which at one time was known as kajukenbo, yet another hybrid martial art originating in Hawaii in the late 1940s. The name kajukenbo, of course, is formed from the first letters of the names of the arts that constitute it: karate, judo, jujitsu, kenpo and boxing. Not a bad mix at all!

Khabib Nurmagomedov

Khabib posted on Instagram videos of Justin Gaethje insinuating this is who he'd like to have as his next opponent targeted for UFC 253.

The world has been patiently waiting the return of Khabib Nurmagomedov since his last fight against Dustin Poirier in September of 2019. Khabib holding an incredible record of 28-0 is regarded as one of the best fighters to ever enter the octagon. The news of his potential new match up comes after his long awaited fight against Tony Ferguson was cancelled for the fifth time due to the COVID-19 pandemic and proceeding quarantine.

The UFC welterweight, featherweight, and bantamweight belts all set to be on the line in Abu Dhabi.

Dana White has been dedicated to promoting UFC fights despite the COVID-19 pandemic forcing most professional sports to go on lockdown. Mandatory testing of anyone involved in the events and empty stadiums have been necessary measures to keep the fights coming, but the UFC President has been most eager about "Fight Island". This near-mystical venue has been announced as an island in the United Arab Emirates and will host a star-studded card for UFC 251 on July 11.
