Leo Vieira has won numerous medals, such as the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championships, Pan American Championships and the prestigious ADCC World Championships and currently holds a 5th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Viera is also the co-founder, along with his brothers, of Checkmat BJJ, a highly successful competitive team.

For his FightBack live seminar, to raise money for Red Cross' efforts to stop COVID-19, he was joined by Ricardo Liborio and Vitor Ribeiro, both incredible BJJ and MMA competitors. Liborio lead the interview/chat session, going through their training histories, techniques, and tips - using footage from past matches for reference!

Marcelo Garcia, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is a Brazilian grappler and jiu-jitsu competitor who was widely considered to be one of the best grapplers and arguably the best pound for pound submission grappler in the world.

Also known as one of the most genial martial artists (on and off the mat), Garcia is a four-time ADCC Champion and five-time World Champion. His best-known moves include the Butterfly Guard, X-Guard, and Arm Drag.

In this live chat with Ricardo Liborio, Garcia discusses the fundamental value of martial arts, teaching in an evolving sport, and, of course, reviews some of his famous techniques and gives advice!

Rodrigo "Comprido" Medeiros, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, is one of the select group of Jiu-Jitsu competitors to have won the prestigious World Jiu-Jitsu Championship openweight titles twice. He has also competed in four different weight divisions over the years!

Unlike some other well-known competitors, who begun their BJJ training practically at infancy, Medeiros did not start training until he was 16. However, natural talent and hard work paid off, and he quickly became a competitor of interest in the BJJ world!

In this interview chat session, lead by BJJ legend Ricardo Liborio, Medeiros, joined by his son, demonstrates multiple techniques and gives advice. If you're training at home, at a gym, or simply a fan of BJJ, this is a great session to watch.
