The trailer, released on November 21st, sent waves through the action community as fans got a glimpse of Jaa's signature brutal style—his furious fists, knees, and elbows—reminiscent of his earlier films.

Directed by Cheng Siyi, Striking Rescue is a no-holds-barred action revenge story following An Bai (Jaa), a seasoned Muay Thai expert who embarks on a relentless mission of vengeance after his wife and daughter are brutally murdered by mysterious forces.

The film also features Chinese actors Hong Junjia and Shi Yanneng, known for their roles in Caught in Time and Flashpoint, respectively.
