In an electrifying showdown at ONE Friday Fights 92, rising star Shadow Singha Mawynn proved he’s no ordinary contender. Facing off against the legendary Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, Shadow delivered the performance of his life, earning a unanimous decision victory and cementing his place as a new force to be reckoned with in Muay Thai.

Shadow, unfazed by the spotlight or the opponent's towering reputation, showcased his heart and determination in a grueling three-round battle. Reflecting on his monumental achievement, Shadow shared, "I'm very happy that I got the victory. And it's a victory at the end of the year as well. So it's special."

The 24-year-old phenom credits his corner for helping him turn the tide after a challenging first round. “For the first round, I think I lost by a bit. But my corner told me to pick up the pace. I think I did well in the second round, and the third round sealed it with a knockdown,” Shadow recounted.

That knockdown was the exclamation point on an already stellar performance. Against an opponent known as "Killer Kid," who’s faced and defeated some of the best in the world, Shadow proved his mettle, even expressing admiration for Sitthichai’s resilience. “He has the heart of a fighter. Even after my right punch sent him down, he still got up,” Shadow said.

This victory not only skyrockets Shadow’s status in the featherweight division but also ignites hope for his aspirations to inspire the next generation. Passionate about promoting the virtues of Muay Thai, Shadow envisions himself as a role model for youth.

"I just hope I could be an inspiration and a role model for younger people. Muay Thai can be a career and a path away from bad influences like drugs. I want to show them that it’s possible to make something great of themselves through this sport," Shadow stated.
