Northwest Wado-ryu Karate is a school based in traditional karate. We teach the use and application of techniques that do not require special strength, flexibility or speed. The focus of Wado-ryu is the pursuit of harmony, specifically, the mind, body, and spirit. Whether the practitioner is large or small, does not matter. This karate class is open to everyone.
