Just three days before his return fight at BRAVE CF 91, Muhammad Mokaev requires a new opponent. This change is due to Luthando Biko withdrawing from their planned flyweight match because of health concerns.
Mokaev's return to BRAVE CF is one of the year's most eagerly awaited match-ups, following his re-signing with the promotion earlier this year after becoming the most sought-after free agent in MMA. The fight has been dubbed “The People’s Main Event” of BRAVE CF 91.
Undefeated in both his amateur and professional MMA careers, Mokaev holds a professional record of 13 wins, no losses, and one no contest. Known as “The Punisher,” he is one of the top flyweights in the world and a former two-time IMMAF World Champion.
BRAVE Combat Federation is now in a race against time to find Mokaev a new opponent in the coming days, or they may have to cancel the superstar's return bout to the promotion.
BRAVE CF 91 features a packed fight card for fans, with the Bantamweight World Title fight between champion Nkosi Ndebele and challenger Nicholas Hwende as the main event. The co-main event will see the return of Arab MMA legend Hamza Kooheji, who will battle Turkish superstar Alperen Karabulut.
BRAVE CF 91, held during BRAVE International Combat Week, will be followed by BRAVE CF 92 on December 15, concluding a record-breaking year for the MMA organization.
