Kickboxers have been making waves in MMA for a while, and now one of the sport's biggest stars, Nabil Haryouli, is gearing up for his own MMA takeover.
On September 22, at BRAVE CF 87 in the Netherlands, Haryouli will step into the cage, bringing his lethal striking skills to face Afghan wrestling champion Zabiullah Mubarez.
Known as the "Mike Tyson" of kickboxing, Haryouli’s combat sports journey began in Morocco at a young age. After joining the Dutch national boxing team at just 13, his career took off when he switched to kickboxing. With his brother opening a kickboxing school, Haryouli quickly made a name for himself, drawing comparisons to Tyson due to his aggressive and explosive style.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Haryouli made the jump to MMA, and so far, he has been unstoppable, finishing all four of his opponents in the first round. Now, his skills will be tested like never before as he faces off against Mubarez at BRAVE CF 87.
