John Lineker, famously known as “Hands of Stone,” has made waves with his explosive Muay Thai performances in ONE Championship, scoring back-to-back knockouts in September and October. Known for his relentless aggression and bone-crushing hooks, the Brazilian powerhouse has found a natural fit in Muay Thai, despite being an MMA star at heart.

At ONE Fight Night 25, Lineker delivered another thrilling performance, defeating Alexey Balyko with his signature style. But even with the recent victories, Lineker remains focused on his MMA journey. “I haven’t thought about the belt yet. I want to go step by step, and I want to focus on MMA,” he shared with ONE Championship after the fight, emphasizing his commitment to reclaiming MMA glory.

Although Lineker has his sights set on returning to MMA, he’s enjoying his striking-only detour and has already thrown down a challenge to one of the sport's most fearsome fighters—Rodtang Jitmuangnon. The Thai superstar, known for his own aggressive style, would make for an electrifying showdown with Lineker if ONE decides to bring the clash to life.

Not stopping there, Lineker also has unfinished business with Fabricio Andrade, the man who took his MMA title. With his recent resurgence, the Brazilian has placed himself in a position for marquee matchups in both Muay Thai and MMA. As he eyes potential fights with ONE’s top strikers, including the newly crowned ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9, the combat sports world is buzzing with anticipation.

As the calendar flips to 2025, Lineker stands ready for any challenge ONE Championship throws his way. Whether it’s a Muay Thai battle against Rodtang or a quest to reclaim MMA dominance, “Hands of Stone” promises to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
